Pokemon stuffs for sale

Dec. 1st, 2009 | 05:07 pm

Note, these prices do not include shipping, if you're serious about buying you can ask me for a shipping quote and I'll give you one. I'll charge as close to the actual shipping price as possible. :) (PS: I only accept paypal, I won't ship until you pay. If you want reassurance you can check out my ebay rating or something http://myworld.ebay.com/tk421lovesyou which is where this stuff will be going if it doesn't get sold here!)

22" Blastoise (he's pretty friggin huge)"play by play" 1999 $10 I'm not charging much for him because he's not in very good condition. His feet and tail and pretty dirty and his cannons both have scotch tape on them (presumably from a hole or something? the previous owner did it :P) which I can't peel off because the silver fabric comes right with it. The rest of him looks pretty good.

11" charmander "toy factory" 2009 $7 Brand new with tag. I got it from a claw machine game so it's not super high quality.

12" (w/ antennae) butterfree "play by play" 1999 $8 Good condition. Very gently used.

7" pikachu "play by play" 1999 $10 Very good condition, like new. Has tag but it's bent in one spot.

7" togepi "play by play" 1999 $10 Very good condition, like new. Has tag but it's bent in one spot.

4.5" zubat & dratini "applause" 1998 $3 each or $5 for the pair Good condition. Very gently used.

For an extra $1 I'll throw these in with your order, cause honestly, they're not worth shipping them on their own. The two on the left are dirty and used, the other three are in good condition. (I think they're all from burgerking or mcdonalds)

Non pokemon stuff for sale

14" Storm (from xmen) "kellytoy" 2001 $5 Brand new with tag. I got it from a claw machine game so it's not super high quality. The tag is bent a little on one side.

14" Sally (from nightmare before christmas) "neca" 2004 $10 New with tags. Originally from hottopic, the arms and legs are poseable.

7" Kero (from cardcaptor sakura) "trendmasters"(90's I think?) $2 fair condition. Has a couple of dirt smudges on him and a name is written on the manufacturer tag.

Kitty feels: sleepy sleepy

Dear The Current,

Please stop playing "Heartbeat Radio". You all suck. Also, you're fat.

Sincerely,

me

In other news, I am so friggin tired right now. I went to see Ponyo (on the cliff by the sea) last night with Steve and Kate. we stopped by Steve's old work to pick Kate up and he mysteriously never mentioned the attractive people he worked with (daaaaaamn she's fine). Anywho, ponyo was good. I think it was lacking in the plot area, it ended kind of abruptly leaving me going "heh?" but Miyazaki has truly outdone himself in pure adorable-ness. It has a lot of "aww" moments. I still think he needs to do a space movie next but Steve disagrees.

So I registered for classes yesterday. I was going to do it online but surprise, surprise, it didn't work. This time it said I wasn't "cleared to register" so I should "see my adviser". I was like, ok...dude..what is the point of having online registering if you're going to make me go to school to see my adviser anyway? I was so pissed. So I drug myself to school and waited in line for 40 minutes and finally asked Tarah about it and she's all "duuuur-uhh, idk, you'll have to go downstairs and ask the tech people, they must be having problems with online registration" YA THINK? Apparently the computer lied because my adviser doesn't know shit! I just can't handle her anymore, she gets on my nerves so I avoid her at all costs. :|

other than that bullcrap I've just been trying to finish unpacking, I spent a lot of yesterday sorting through the tons of magic cards we have. :P

I've been feeling really creative lately and have been going through etsy and deviantart saving pictures of things I like so as soon as I have some time I'm gunna make some prototypes. I still have a bunch of things for my obnoxious siblings to finish first though because apparently I'm everyone's personal CRAFT SLAVE.

And now I have to pee, ta ta!

Kitty feels: busy busy

When did google add image size specs to image search?! There used to be the standard, small, medium, large, now they have dimensions and file sizes. That makes my life soooo much easier. :D

We're all moved in now! Granted there's still boxes all over the place and we are in desperate need of furniture...Oh wells! Steve's mom gave us a gift of $300 so we could pay the cat deposit and bring his kitty over, which we did last night. She makes the cutest scared meow. :3 She's generally a very timid cat so it actually went pretty smoothly, she recognized the bed as being one she knew and promptly found her hiding place in the liner of the box spring. And then woke me at 3am to stare at my face and harass my hand till I pet her. :P Kittttiiiiiieeees!

The school is hiring an E-cage worker so I'm gunna try to apply. It's (up to) 20 hours at $8ish for pay so it's definitely something that would work well. And then I can show off my geekiness. :< That Bakery is never gunna call me back.

Otherwise...yep, still looking for a job, still making myself busy with school and unpacking. I spent an epic 17 hours going through all my fonts and unzipping them, deleting ugly ones and broken files, and installing the rest (yeeeah I have a lot of fonts) Organizing makes me happy. x-x

/yawn. I'm sleepy. I can't wait to go home and sleep. Hopefully tomorrow I can get the birth announcement and save the dates done, and I really need to make a new deviantart ID! :o

ta!

ps: my ear is being weird, it keeps plugging up and I keep getting weird pains on my neck behind my ear. :|

Kitty feels: exhausted exhausted

I can't hear a goddamn thing. The crowd from the concert last night was the loudest I've ever heard. REDIC. The opening band was really impressive, the lead singer was this really strange chick with a really weird but beautiful voice and she played mean guitar. I actually saw her walking past me outside before the show but I didn't know who she was! :o The dead weather was ok, they put on a good show but the lead singer chick is so overly dramatic that it just makes me roll my eyes, she's the queen of hipsters.

Other than that I am still in freakout mode over the amount of things I still have to do. It's so friggin hectic and I haven't been getting any sleep. @_@ like, none. Zero. I finally located a few more boxes so at least I can get something accomplished.

Knitting party tomorrow! Gotta go get my yarn today, and some new needles, I don't have any connected ones!

In other news: I <3 glyphs.

Kitty feels: sore sore
Tunes: The White Stripes - "I'm slowly turning into you"

Can't sleep. My sleeping patterns are all wacky since I don't have anything to do during the day anymore. I just sleep when I feel like it.

My arthritis seems to be getting worse lately. It used to be just my knees and the past few years my hips started hurting too and now I have the lovely addition of my ankles hurting. It's not helping my sleeping, let's put it that way. And I'm not insured anymore! goody goody gumdrops.

I went to the alberville mall today with kaisa and anna and was very tempted to buy a purse from coach but Steve wasn't being a good sugar daddy and playing along. (Damn him!) Not that we really have the money for it anyway. :(

Yesterday I went over to Sam's house to chill with a few people and it turns out we all know how to knit, it was kinda strange. So we're gunna meet up on Wednesday and have a knitting party! Yaaaay! I'm gunna make a super 70's looking winter hat with hearts on it and little pompoms. :P I am a sucker for anything with hearts on it. At some point I wanna try my hand at a sweater but I wanna learn to knit things in circles first. And do fancy ribbing and such (Kate was kinda telling me the theory behind it..it makes sense in my head..)

Emailed the HR person at that bakery. Hopefully she'll get back to me soon so I don't FREAK OUT about it for days or weeks. I hope I get the job, it'll be so nice to not work with customers anymore. Ick.

4-5 more days before move-in! I'm obsessively counting the minutes! Still not sure if we're gunna move in a day early yet or do it on the 1st as planned. I keep getting all giddy with excitement every time I think about it!

yesyesyesyesyesyes.

Also: I skipped FIMD class last Thursday to paint an octopus on a tote bag. (whoooops!)

But yes, it turned out awesome for the record.

Ta.

PS. Dead Weather tonight at 1st ave! Mmmmm Jack White.

Kitty feels: hungry hungry

Buy this book: A blip in the continuum -Robin Williams

Got the lease signed on the new place and then I realized I only have a week till move in so I've been running around like crazy packing all my stuff (God I have so much crap). I feel like I have so many things left to do. Gotta go pick up some more boxes, finish packing, pick up our bed, pick up the cat, pay back Anna, pay back mom, pack the car, buy towels and bedding and trash bags, oh my! I just keep going through things in lists inside my head. I didn't get to sleep until like 3 am last night :P

I went to my school's sorry excuse for a job fair yesterday and found a job that looks like it could be a lot of fun. It would be working for a bakery downtown, putting together sample baskets for potential clients and sending them out, 3 eight hour shifts per week at $10/hr. I hope I can get the job :O It'll be nice to not work on weekends anymore. They also have openings for actual baking jobs, which pay slightly less but would probably be enjoyable. I'm just sick of dealing with customers.

All in all, things are busy and hectic and exciting and making me a little insane (in a good way).

Also: I'm starving.

Over and out.

ho-hum

Jul. 16th, 2009 | 02:11 pm
Kitty feels: groggy groggy

Mmm, had sushi for lunch. I think I somehow overlooked $100 when I was calculating my budget this month...it unnerves me a bit.

Well, for the good news me and Steve got accepted for our apartment and we'll be moving in August 1st. Meaning I'll be within walking distance of school and finally living with Steve, not to mention I finally get cats and get Chris and (hopefully) Ian as neighbours. I am bursting with excitement. I find that it takes me much longer to fall asleep than it should because I'm busy decorating and planning and writing lists in my head. :P

So for bad news, Target finally ditched me. I'd like to say that it wasn't my fault since I didn't know I had done anything wrong until they called me saying I should have been at work an hour ago, then, checking my schedule, found that I had written it wrong, but I suppose that in the end it was my own fault for not writing it down correctly, and getting myself into that position in the first place. The positive side of this is that I was going to quit soon anyway so I could find a job closer to where our apartment will be, and that I was sick and tired of that soul sucking place anyway. This just complicated matters slightly. (Although since Steve is my sugar daddy, we'll still be able to afford rent and food and all that). I do feel a bit sorry for him, since he's working full time at a job that he never really wanted. But he gets paid well and it's hard to find jobs now so we can't complain too much.

I'm writing this during my second time through fundamentals of interactive media design (the only class I've ever failed ._.) and I have a different teacher this time, which is nice, but he's Russian and very hard to understand because of his accent, he goes into things very quickly and doesn't seem to waste any time treating us like retards like my last teacher, and I've already learned more from him than I did in my entire class with my previous teacher. Ethics is thoroughly boring, but at least I have it with Amanda, and I suppose Chris and Dave. Then I have advanced typography, and I'm glad I put it off till this quarter because I get Deb instead of Doug. :P

ciao!

PS: Gin Blossoms tomorrow! :D

At anna's house for the week since I haven't been here in ages and I missed Carter-pants. And I got to make some delish bannana chocolate chip muffins from scratch since I haven't been able to bake anything for like EIGHT MONTHS (the horror!). Tomorrow I think we're gunna go on a picnic if it's nice outside. I think me n Steve found where we wanna live. It's mucho nice, and I am so ridiculously excited! Anna is a fucking enabler and keeps showing me adorable decorating things online and I am like HEEELLOOOO, I HAS NO MONEYS. Omg though, me+online shopping is SUUUCH a bad idea. Everything is so adorable. I am also real excited for Kittens. We're gunna have steve's cat and I think we're gunna try to get a kitten sometime soon. :] I also plan on getting my tattoo the second I have enough money. :o

!

In other news, Target, blow me.

I'm gunna try real hard to get a new job downtown so I don't have to drive to woodbury every day. :\

Damnit motherfucker! I CANNOT CATCH REGIROCK.

Annnyyyways.

I got my 8 endangered seried dunnys in the mail the other day and was shocked pleasantly surprised that I got no duplicates and two chase (AKA: rare) dunnys. :] Apparently the series sold out online in 5 hours, so it's lucky I got the ones I did. I'm still missing quite a few though and I've made it my personal mission to get a complete set of them because they're my fave to date (besides maybe colette, which I own NONE of since they sold out so quickly). So I'm currently on a bidding spree on ebay and trying to sell my older duplicates to compensate.

In other news, I keep getting NO SLEEP WHATSOEVER so I'm a walking zombie at school. I only have 2 more weeks before break so I need to get my ass into some sort of gear and do some work. Although I will be really sad when Physics is over because I have a feeling I won't have Jeff again :( He's so much fun.

Also, for the record, time to get back on the exercising bandwagon. Especially if I have a nice long 3 week break from school. (Though I am decidedly NOT excited for taking that GODDAMN FLASH CLASS AGAIN)

Seriously considering a mohawk. I could rock one pretty hard. I suppose I'd have to wear the obligatory dark eyeliner.

Got very super mega sunburned at Steve's graduation! That was last Friday so a week later it's peeling and cracking and doing all sorts of owie gross things. My shoulders are very crispy and ouch.

After the graduation we went to this pier place in Wisconsin and my parents came and officially met Steve's parents for the first time (in four years!) and ya know...it was only mildly embarrassing.

Then yesterday we met up with Steve's family at the mall (after I successfully found and bought a black cardigan so my gross shoulders didn't offend the world) since his older sister and her husband and kid were in town and we all went out to eat at buca di beppo (mmmmmmmmmm) and I think I might still be full from it..(no wait, that's just the sammich I ate)

So all in all, fun stuff going on, I am VERY sick of school right now because the classes I'm in right now are so easy that I'm jut like /yawn. Actually I'm having the most fun in my physics class, which is taught by the coolest nerd ever. But yeah critical thinking can bite me.

I also got a bonsai kit at urban outfitters, I tried to grow one last year and failed because I think I may have done something wrong. I got a different variety this year but it has to be refrigerated for 8 weeks while it simulates its natural environment. :[

Also met this awesome girl, Kate, that worked with Steve because we are actually CLONES of each other. (It freaks me out a little, in a good way) and we're hopefully gunna do some fun collaborating with selling stuff at detour next year. I know it's not till like, next spring but it comes up so quickly! I am very mega excited for it though! Got lots of crafty things on my to do list. Really gotta finish my desk and couch :\

Over and out.

So, as an addendum to my lovely post about the Dunny golden ticket I miraculously found, I looked up some interesting stuff and found out that due to a mistake at the warehouse they sent out entire cases of the golden ticket dunny a few months ago. To rectify the mistake they made a second edition of said dunny in a lovely golden colour. Since I had a ticket this is the one I just got in the mail today, times two. I looked it up on the boards and as far as I can tell I definitely wasn't supposed to receive 2 of them, but I am very pleased about it. :) I think I'll sell one. There'e only one of my version listed on ebay right now but it's going for $85, low for a golden ticket dunny, but still a decent amount.

Yay for luck!

As for other things, went to the mall and found myself A HEART SHAPED CUTTING BOARD with a matching wooden heart spoon. :] also a dunny and wall-e shirt. I spend too much moneys D: But then it was soooo gorgeous outside yesterday that me, steve and bev went to como zoo and watched cute puffins and baby orangutans! And don't forget THE KOI POND. I <3 koi ponds. Steve was making fun of me for wanting to see "goldfish" at a zoo. THEY ARE NOT GOLDFISH SHUT UP.

I am also in the process of re-finishing the top of a cool sewing desk that I got at a garage sale for $5 and still plugging away at that couch :[

And playing pokemans.

I found a place in Minneapolis that looks very promising! I gotta tour it but it looks yummy-ful. And it doesn't have a douchebag pet policy like all the other places I've looked at.

I applied at the sanrio store, we'll see if they email me back, I'm not sure what the pay or hours are so idk if it's worth my time yet. :o

Visited my grandpa in the hospital yesterday since he had a heart attack. I hadn't seen him since my grandma's funeral so it was nice to see him. I think he's lonely. :o

Dug out my old SNES a few days ago and have been obsessively playing super mario world and mario kart ever since. And did the obligatory mario paint run and wrote naughty things. I also bought Docomodake for DS though I have yet to play it, but have heard amazing things. :3 I have been playing a ton of games lately..Got the new pokemon ranger game a while back but have been too engulfed in regular pokemon to play it...I'm on this kick where you can manipulate the coding of the game to get whatever natures and stats and shinies that you want, I haven't quite figured it out yet since there's a lot involved (I currently have 6 tabs open on the subject) but I'm workin on it. I just like a challenge. :P

Also: SANRIO STORE IS RE-OPENING AT THE MALL OF AMERICA. SOON. Idk when actually, it was supposed to be this month but the site doesn't say a thing about it. Maybe I will call and harass them tomorrow. Me and Amanda will probably go and check it out and squeal like little girls the entire time. I wonder if they're hiring...

Good things and bad things. ._.

Good things:

- Aphresis next Saturday, it's been sooo long since I've done it and I was starting to feel guitly.
- Got my new pokemon up on my ceiling and they look awesome. /sigh
- Got a new dunny but it ain't the one I wanted (I want the RAIN one damnit!) and it's getting closer to when my golden ticket dunny will be shipped!
- Lookin for apartments, if things go well I'll be outta here by June! I found a nice looking place that isn't too expensive a few blocks from my school, gotta go tour it soon :)
- Liking my new classes so far, Physics doesn't seem as scary as people keep saying it is. and I have that awesome nerd teacher who is JUST LIKE Patrick Durkin (and he doesn't give out ANY homework). Then I have Print production with my homeboy Felgate and critical thinking with what I call "some normal woman". She doesn't seem very noteworthy. /shrug
- My couch is getting more and more barren. I'm still looking for some sweet fabric for it though. Can't find anything I like. I want something pink OR gold.

Bad things:

- I'm officially demoted at work. FUCK YOU ASHLEY. And she is so incompetent that she forgot to take my shift off the grid so they CALLED ME while I was on the bus to school asking where I was. /le sigh
- Tried for another loan and it's being "reviewed" soooo dunno quite how I'm gunna pay for schooool yet!
- Very poor, I didn't realize how many books and bus passes and shit I'd need to buy. But on the plus side my credit card debt is going down. :\
- Whhhyyyyy didn't I go to detooouuur?

So more good than bad that I can come up with at the moment. The weather is starting to get nice again so I'm filled with hope and excitement and I just wanna go out and do something. I'm chock full of creativity right now and I just wanna draaaaw all day. :) Got lots to do! See ya'll later.

Tunes: Spice Girls - "Never Give up on the Good Times"

Been soo busy lately. I'm finally on my (short) spring break though! yaaay!

And holy crap I slacked my entire quarter away and still managed to come away with an A, A-, and B+, how'd that happen? I made some cool paintings in my color and design class and some cool ad designs in my electronic design class, they aren't as pretty to look at but as far as ads go I think they're neat. They're pretty much all pink :P

Been basically living pokemon lately. I am playing SIX pokemon games right now, yes, SIX. WHAT? Pearl, diamond, diamond, platinum, emerald, rangers. ._. And on top of that I've been doing arts and posting to the community a lot and getting these wicked cool ideas for sewing projects. I wanna try my hand at plushies...we'll see how that goes. Speaking of plushies...I finally found decently priced plushes from series one of jacks pacific so now I have my tentacool and duskull. They shall join their friends strung across my ceiling. :3

Still depressed about not going to detour this year. :(

SO there is this huge craptacular drama going on at work right now involving some RIDICULOUS treatment of me. I don't wanna tell the whole story again but basically they're dicks and ousted me out of my brand position and forced me to sign a "voluntary" demotion form. ._. But on the bright side of all of this is that I might be able to transfer to the photo lab, which seems a lot less soul sucking (I never have to run around asking people if I can help them find something or do pulls or huddle or any of that shit) AND I wouldn't have to take a pay cut because photo pays the same as brand. I suppose overall it will be nice to be trained in so many areas, because then I'll know: salesfloor, cashiering, jewelry, fitting room, instocks, brand, and photo if they let me transfer there (and then I suppose by default I'll have to get cross trained in guest services since it's right next door) /sigh. I hope this works out. Cause then I don't have to deal with Ashley being passive aggressive and hating me. Or April and Mary for that matter.
